Market Specialist

*What we're looking for*

We are looking for a purpose-driven Market Specialist with a passion for food, nutrition, and innovation. Someone who is keen on drawing insights from data and translating them into ideas and actions that are empathetic to customer needs. Both a creative thinker and a diligent doer, this person will develop nutrition programs and innovative recipes that bring value to every consumer.

*Responsibilities*

Minimal travel is required between NCR and Region IV-A to attend meetings/trainings, and/or to support team members.

- Work with data analysts to determine business and consumer pain points
- Write and manage the distribution of surveys and questionnaires
- Monitor the progress of research projects
- Evaluate clients' nutritional needs
- Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meal plan for clients' dietary requirements
- Apply costing and nutritional values on each meal plan
- Perform quality audits of processes within food service departments
- Launch new menus and innovative food service programs
- Keep up to date on the latest nutritional studies and findings
- Assist in the training of food service staff
- Write detailed reports and present results to Management
- Manage budgets

*Qualifications*

- Bachelor's Degree in Nutritional Science or a relevant field
- Candidates with a valid license in Nutrition and Dietetics strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in health care facilities, schools, or industrial firms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Up to date knowledge of research applications and nutrition assessment methods
- Marketing skills and nutrition expertise to launch new menus and nutrition programs
