Team Leader/Manager to manage a team of VA's with Amazon based service company

We are on the hunt for a top notch Manager for our Amazon Services based company. Our company manages Amazon accounts from small to large and we have a team of VA's who do most of the hands on work.

We are looking for someone that has a lot of experience on Amazon and does not need a large learning curve to get up to speed and has at least 2+ years managing a team. This person needs to be totally self-reliant and you will be responsible for overseeing entire jobs and making sure our team members are working together to finish the jobs. This job will require you to be able to think outside the box and not require a lot of oversight and still be able to complete the task in good time.

We want you to be the layer between the business owners and our VA's getting the work completed so that we can continue to work on higher level business growth and customer acquisition.
