Web Developer and Mobile App

• Looking for a programmer that is self-motivated and wants to learn
• Looking for a programmer can code in either Golang or is willing to learn and can currently program in PHP
• Also need to be able to program the user interface using Vue.js
• There may be multiple applications that include websites or mobile applications
