This application is for a full-time career as a Team Member in our advertising agency!

Our Marketing Agency helps beauty industry professionals all over the world. We mostly help salons and permanent make up artists get more clients through Facebook, Google, and Instagram Advertising. We also offer multiple marketing services to help them grow their businesses.

Job Description:
Work from home (or the office setting of your choice) as a team member of our marketing agency.
Responsibilities:
• Primary duties include creating and managing Facebook and Instagram Advertisements, answer their questions, provide customer support (via typing) to ensure the needs of our customers are met.
• Accurately identify areas of improvement and strategies to use for our clients to help them grow their small businesses
• Quickly learn new skills that will help us do the items listed about (chatbots, Google ads, etc)

Qualifications:
• Extremely strong writing skills. Speak and write English effectively with confidence
• Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution-oriented
• Familiarity with social media advertising or the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Driven to succeed
• Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
• One year of Facebook advertising experience
• Proficient in writing and handling documentation
• You love marketing and learning about marketing
• Has excellent organization, time management and follow-up skills
Requirements:
• Working high-speed laptop or desktop
• DSL Internet - 15mbps or higher (Will be asked to speed test)
• Be able to focus without day to day distractions
• Home-office setup with a quiet location
• Effective at using Skype and Facebook
• Must have backups or secondary equipment in case of power or internet interruptions
- Fluent English with the capability to read and write with minimal grammatical errors.
- Facebook Advertising Experience using the Ads Manager (A high level of proficiency in this is desired).
- A strong work ethic and “go-getter” attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Daily Work Description:

1. Answering and providing support to advertising clients via email and Facebook chat.
2. Editing and monitoring Facebook & Instagram Advertising Campaigns.
3. Graphic design for the ads via Canva or Photoshop.
4. Miscellaneous creative or administrative tasks assigned to help the business. These can be specific to your skills.

Work Time Zone: Must be available for set shifts daily (5 days per week) from 7 am EST – 3 pm EST. Will be expected to work 1 day of the weekend (we can discuss this together to attempt to accommodate your schedule). While on the shift you are expected to be working and available to reach via chat.

Proposed Compensation: $400 - $600 per month depending on skillset. There are also raises at least yearly & after 1 year you will get full medical benefits & some paid holidays.
