Female VA

I’m currently looking for a female VA who is good at admin work, technology and has amazing graphic design skills. I would like a female technical guru who is upbeat, and gets things done the smart and fast way. A person who can work independently and problem solve who doesn’t need me to get involved in solving small issues but rather can fix them and / or can suggest ways to improve processes and communication to clients that involves less effort and greater results.

Must know how to use the following online tools:

1. Squarespace. My website was built on Squarespace. VA must be knowledgeable of Squarespace sufficient to upload content and organise it.
2. Wufoo and Kartra. Need to be experienced using Wufoo and Kartra- I need help to set up a membership site and online marketing funnel. My membership site will need maintenance and content added regularly as will my website.
3. Zoom. Video hosting set up, video and sound editing required.
4. Asana and What's App. Will use Asana for project management and What's App for daily communication.
5. G Suite, Google Docs and Drive
6. Dropbox. For file management and sharing.
7. Google Meet, Zoom Video hosting
8. YouTube
9. Mailchimp. For email marketing and automation.
10. Social Media Tools. Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest for marketing and building online authority.

I will pay fortnightly. I’m looking for someone who is flexible, self-motivated and is looking for a long term position.
Must be English speaking and have a good command of written English. May have to write copies occasionally.
Must have good internet service.
This is a long term position with continuous assignments.
