Real Estate Research (Collecting Zoning Information)

We're looking for some one to help acquire zoning and property information for vacant land properties in the United States.

The job will involve researching zoning information online through state and county websites and communicating with local zoning departments through both phone and email.

This is a part-time 20 hour a week job with an opportunity to take on more task and work full time in the ---------- ndidates should have past real estate related experience and excellent written and spoken language skills.
