Call Center Operations Manager

We are looking for someone with experience only. We want someone that has call center operations experience. Running the entire operation from reports for auto dialers , merchant accounts, sales reports, crm reports, and be able to analyze data and customer service operations. and much more. We need someone independent that can take a office and get reports on what needs to be improved and have excellent follow up skills and be able to put information in a excel report to be given to upper management on a daily basis to help grow the operation.

This person must have great oral and written communication skills and understand how to take a office and analyze it and find what needs to be improved from each department.

Pay is a range from 25 thousand pesos to 35 thousand pesos per month.
