We are a small personable agency that specializes in serving clients in the following industries: online courses, restaurants & food, and financial professional services. We have a global remote team that spans multiple countries.

Our approach is to measure everything, integrate all software and handle all of the technology deployment for our clients to take it off their plates.

Our core services are:

WordPress semi-custom website and managed WordPress performance program which includes hosting, speed optimization, maintenance, customer service and updates. The sites range from fully integrated membership and eCommerce to more simple sites.

• Deploying integrated marketing campaigns, sales systems and funnels which includes paid and organic marketing channels.
• Complete SEO Solution.
• Customer service for all online aspects of our clients’ business.
• Analytics, privacy and data compliance solutions.

If selected, you would start on a trial small project followed by a 3-month probation with the goal of moving into a permanent position.

==== Website Content Writer Overview ===

The role will be responsible for:
• Writing content for SEO optimized web pages
• Writing content for website pages (informational pages, landing pages, sales pages, event pages, product pages, etc.)
• Repurposing existing articles and posts into original content
• Writing email newsletters, promotions and announcements
• Writing and publishing content posts on multiple Google My Business accounts
• Doing content research for writing assignments
• Documenting content from audio or video recordings and synthesizing in articles, handouts, presentation slides and other written medias
• Finalize video and audio transcripts generated by automated software

To succeed in this role you must be comfortable managing your priorities to meet multiple deadlines and work well within a collaborative remote team environment.

*** Exceptional English written skills and excellent speaking skills
*** Excellent at writing emails, articles and web page content
*** Strong skills in various office software (Google Doc, Google Slides, Microsoft 365, etc.)
*** Strong content research skills
*** Ability to publish a simple WordPress post with images


• Works in Central Time Zone (Chicago) daytime hours
• Strong communicator
• Good documentation skills
• Attention to details
• Average skills in working within a project management system (we utilize ClickUp)
