I have an eCommerce website that would like to increase ranking of particularly the the product and blog ---------- ranks number 1 for main keyword but would like to build links to other pages and get them ranking

Build links (no spammy)
Improve on page SEO

The links would need to be non spammy but don't mind if use software for tier 2 ---------- itially this would be for a couple of months to see how rankings went, but could be longer if good improvements.
