Looking to Hire a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter/Cold Caller VA

An established Digital Marketing Agency located in Newport, California. We are looking to expand our sales division and we are looking for a part time appointment setter to do cold calls each day. You will be calling real estate agents to see if they want to schedule a call with one of our sales closers to see if we can generate leads for them. We will provide a lead list every day and you will call all the numbers on the list using the scripts we provide. As a company, we generate buyer or seller leads for real estate agents. You would be calling the real estate agents to try to get them to book a call. You will be provided a calling platform, lead lists, employee portal, and scripts.

What You Will Do
- Cold call a lead list every day
- Maintain 200 calls per day in a four hour period (We think it is fair but if it is too many or too few then let us know)
-Update A call log everyday

A Must-Have:
- Fluent English speaker
- Amazing/respectful attitude
- Self-driven and independent
- Go above and beyond in your tasks
- Have prior experience in telemarketing/cold calling/appointment setting
- Have a reliable computer, internet access, webcam and headset

Note: Compensation is to be discussed.. If you can do 200 calls quicker, let us know and compensation can be changed to fit your needs.
