Assistant for managing Amazon Seller Support

We have an Amazon store and are looking to incorporate an experienced VA for dealing with Amazon Seller Support. The tasks will be to open new cases and answering to old ones, so we can solve any Amazon related issues that we might encounter.

We do require previous working experience with Seller Support and with some Amazon related tasks.

We also require strong English skills, both in writing and speaking. You will be speaking with Support both by phone and by email.

We have a store in Europe, Australia and the US. So, if you know another language besides English (for example Spanish), it would be a good plus. But it's not required.

This is a long term job, that will incorporate some other Amazon related tasks if your spare time allows it.
