Responsibilities:
Responsible for the organization and coordination of the day-to-day workload
Plans and create strategic ways ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
Provides support to team members to efficiently achieve KPIs
Handles and resolves escalated customer queries and complaints
Provides consistent training, coaching, and motivation to team members
Provides proactive solutions by evaluating processes and making recommendations for improvements
Daily reporting/ Admin meetings
Making sure the team's English proficiency is on point
Qualifications:
E-commerce experience is a MUST
Proven record of providing exceptional customer service solutions (live chat, social media, phone support, and
Experience in leading and running a team environment
Experience in social media moderation
High level of verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and high-pressure situations
Must have experience in Shopify stores or with any e-Commerce related tools
Reliable, punctual and flexible
Can work under pressure and is open to feedback
The role requires full-time availability (NO MOONLIGHTING)
