Are you an experienced ‘creative genius’ behind profit-making Facebook ads that attract clicks and sales?

Do you enjoy testing wild and wacky ideas, to see if it can achieve better advertising results?

If you have a natural fascination with the human mind, and a flair for design - this role might be perfect for you…

We are an Australian company that owns and operates an online women’s health brand.

We have been in business for over 8 years now, and we LOVE employing staff from the Philippines.

We currently employ 7 other staff from the Philippines.

And today, we’re looking for a ‘Creative Genius’ to develop eye-catching and effective ad creatives for our Facebook ads (with the goal of achieving sales)

For this Creative Genius role, you will be involved in brainstorming new ideas for ad creatives (images and video) and delivering the completed ad creatives to our Facebook ads team (who will build, launch, and optimize the ad campaigns).

We require at least 5 new ad creatives each week.

You do NOT need to be a graphic designer (we have a design team)
You do NOT need to be a video editor
You do NOT need to operate the Facebook ads platform/campaigns
You do NOT need to write the Facebook ads (although it’s good if you can plan text for image ads or short videos)

However, you MUST have extensive prior experience with developing creatives for Facebook ads that achieve a high click through rate and profitable results.

This role will be ongoing and consistent paid work.

However to start with, we will pay you for a first batch of 2 creatives, to test your creative ideas.

If your creatives are of the high standard that we expect, then you will receive regular work each week, and will eventually expand beyond the Facebook ad platform (to google and native ads).

As we already employ a number of Philippines staff, we know your concerns working from home.
So don’t worry, you will be paid weekly, via Paypal.
