Friendly UK Entrepreneur needs Full Time Digital Assistant

My name is Christian Rodwell, i am 35 years old. I live in London. I have different businesses and i would like to find a hard working, trust worthy male or female to assist me with business tasks full time.

I am looking for someone who really enjoys and understands about online marketing and online advertising, including social media.
One of my businesses has profile across Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Meetup.com. One of the daily tasks will be to generate leads and new followers and new likes.

Other daily tasks:
- Online research and creating Google spreadsheet (Google Docs)
- Video editing and creating design using photoshop. Branding
- Creative ideas to grow my business
- Copywriting new articles for my blog. Thinking of new ideas and researching online for the content
- Contacting businesses on my behalf to arrange meetings and skype interviews

Each day i will expect an email from my employee updating me on the progress of all outstanding tasks.
I am looking for someone who is focused on results, and wants to help me to grow my business and become more successful.

If you work with me you will never get bored and you will learn many new skills and you will be able to grow with me as my business grows (increased wages). I will give you full training.
