JOB OVERVIEW

We are always on the lookout for talent whether in a freelance or full-time capacity. Konsyg is seeking Lead Generation Team Leader to support the sales team, to extend market coverage in specific regions or industries by executing outbound marketing campaigns via email to produce leads and a sales-ready pipeline. The person will work directly with the company’s COO, Director, and other sales representatives to assist in planning activities, developing a territory plan, and giving qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaigns and customer trends.

Responsibilities

•Meeting all SLAs,
•Preparation and submission of activity and lead reports.
•Generating Excel files for reporting.
•Forecasts and conversion rates.
•Management and coaching of Sales Representatives.
•Keeping CRM up-to-date.

Requirements

•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to successfully find and cultivate new leads through cold prospecting
•Able to customize email templates based on clients industry, potential needs, and market forces
•Ability to summarize information into concise and targeted campaigns
•Ability to effectively manage time to achieve targets
•Ability to think-outside-of-the-box in terms of communication methods and prospect research
Education
•Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
•Minimum 1 years of related lead generation OR inside sales experience required.

Specific responsibilities:

•Initiate 80-100 outbound emails daily to support lead generation by targeting key decision-makers and influencers
•Use all tools such as Internet searches, email, social media, contact databases, research, etc. to identify and penetrate new business opportunities within targeted markets and accounts
•Conduct follow-up mails in a systematic manner to develop prospects and advance the sales process
•Articulate business value to prospects and effectively transition highly qualified leads to inside or outside sales representatives
•Enter and manage data for new and prospective clients in the Customer Relationship •Management (CRM) program, ensuring communications are logged, information is accurate and documents attached
•Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Client’s sales team members.
•Do coaching sessions and management of the whole sales team.
