Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries such as shipment status and product information.
Track and log parcels’ information and has to be documented in the system.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all ---------- municate with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
Know client products inside and out in order to answer customer questions.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as relevant.
