You Must Be…

Extremely Organized
Experienced in Social Media Marketing.
Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
Effective at communicating
Able to follow specific directions
Very positive in your mindset
Available10-20 hours a week (Will become a full-time position over the next few months)
Available 10 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time

What will you be doing?

Communicating with Applicants for our Agent Position
Sending pre-written emails to Applicants.
Following up with Applicants that emails were sent to.
Scheduling applicants for an interview with the Hiring ---------- nding out contracts to new ---------- arching for resumes, identifying appropriate candidates, and then contacting them. (You'll be trained how to do this).
Searching Linkedin for talent and contacting them. (You'll be trained how to do this).
Create Excel Spreadsheets for applicants with notes on hiring progress.
Admin tasks will evolve over time as trust is built and you will be given more work.
Creating standard operating procedures by taking videos that I make with instructions and writing out the steps.
