What will you be doing?
Communicating with Applicants for our Agent Position
Sending pre-written
Following up with Applicants that
Scheduling applicants for an interview with the Hiring
Searching Linkedin for talent and contacting them. (You'll be trained how to do this).
Create Excel Spreadsheets for applicants with notes on hiring progress.
Admin tasks will evolve over time as trust is built and you will be given more work.
Creating standard operating procedures by taking videos that I make with instructions and writing out the steps.
