VA - FB Ads

I'm looking to hire a VA who has experience with FB Ads. Willing to learn.
We are looking for a full time role - US time - Weekends are off - $500 per month based on experience + Bonus
Bonus and hikes will be based on performance of company and individual.
My company is Phodun Digital and I'm in Real Estate space.
I can teach how to run ads - but you need some experience with FB Ads Manager.
I need someone with a lot of energy and ambition

REQUIREMENTS -
1. You need to have experience running FB Ads. If you are absolutely new, this position is going to be too challenging.
2. Working during US time is important
3. Good English- since we are running Ads
4. Budget is $500 per month + Bonus
