JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small dynamic team running an eCommerce brand based in the UK selling premium organic herbal supplements. We are looking for a candidate that has solid expereince in Project Management managing processes and team members (this is not a standard virtual assistant role but a more senior role). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
O Product launch execution, tracking and management
O Project management (you will be working alongside our CEO)
O Knowledge & practical use of a project management tool such as Asana/Trello/BaseCamp/ClickUp etc. to aid team collaboration
O Write SOPs and set up systems and automate processes
O Monitor daily tasks and operations
O Proactively removing noise from CEO's workload so he can focus on strategic tasks
O Team/culture management
O Set up and montoring of employee, team and company KPIs management
O Employee training

PRIMARY SKILLSET:
O At least 2 years’ experience in an project management/executive assistant/operations role
O Passionate about organizing, planning and creating business strategies and workflows
O Highly proficient with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and a whiz with spreadsheets
O Previous experience within an eCommerce business operating on platforms such as Amazon/Shopify/WooCommerce a big bonus.
O A very good level of written and verbal English (we will have a mandatory video call interview)
O Bright, self-starter with a great can-do attitude and a huge desire and willingness to learn and grow
O Bonus points for familiarity of automation tools to help automate business workflows e.g. Zapier/Integromat are examples
O Attention to detail and work independently (you see yourself as a perfectionist)
O Great problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
O Great at time management
O Team player and HONEST
O Preferably a “Morning Person” and gets stuff done early when your mind and motivation is at its peak
