Looking Graphic Designer for T-shirt and other apparel Designs

Looking for A graphic designer. We are an Apparel company we deal with custom and designer Tshirts and other apparels and we are looking for graphic designers for our designs. Please apply is you can fulfil the following terms :
The designs should be unique and 100% original, No copy paste ---------- signs should be delivered in asked in dimensions at 300dpi or more.
The designer should provide a raw.Ai or.PSD file which should also support Affinity Designer and Affinity photo.
The designer will have to commit they will not resell the design on this or any other platform.
