What you need:
Proven track record of successfully leading projects to completion using various methodologies
Min 3 years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams
Advanced level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to the team
Solid understanding of the design process and various tools and resources available in the market and of backend and frontend development
Good understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
Ability to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
Ability to oversee entire Project Management lifecycle, to include scheduling, coordinating, invoicing and management of multiple projects
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of stakeholder trust and confidence
Exceptional tracking and time management skills
Day to Day tasks:
Managing risks that may affect project scope,
Communicate project scope, plans, commitments, and changes to internal and external stakeholders
Manage relationships and coordination between different teams
Establish project management strategy in conjunction with the relevant teams
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Guide cross-functional teams in the execution of projects
Serve as the principal communicator with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project status
Identify and manage risks and issues
Define and communicate program scope with program success indicators to internal and external stakeholders
Prioritize program requirements working with Product Owner or other stakeholders
Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and program delivery
Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and consumers of program deliverables.
Log and review program risks with stakeholders and take timely action to mitigate or eliminate risks.
Evaluate team members and look to add required resources or train resources to improve skills
Mentor team members for successful delivery of projects
