The Role:
Develop user interface and experience design recommendations for web and mobile applications based on insight and research
Take ownership of design projects and take a project from concept to launch by turning requirements and abstract ideas into creative, innovative, cohesive, and aesthetic designs with priority of usability
Interpret a brief and create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to demonstrate customer journey and workflows
Clearly communicate and present thinking, ideas and design concepts to the team and occasionally to clients directly
Create compelling and impactful visual content, including typography selection, colour scheme and iconography
Develop engaging, dynamic ads for social media and digital advertising campaigns
Produce audits and assessments and make recommendations for improvements to existing client websites

Experience, Expertise & Knowledge:
You must have exceptional design skills and prove track record of producing great websites
You must be 100% comfortable with Sketch, and Adobe suite
You are familiar with programming in Javascript
You must follow bootstrap
You must be able to create separate mobile sites from desktop sites
You have good understanding of UI and UX
You must fully know web principles, and understand technical development of websites
You must have deep understanding of CSS, Javascript etc.
