• I make products and online educations courses sold online as well as run a holistic office
• I have been starting companies for 14 years including E-commerce store
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
• I own an American U.S. based Company located in the Kansas


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Fix our wordpress issues, upload content, rank us in Google, Bring in Traffic, market and Lead generation
• Write articles for me & posting them on our sites
• Create sales emails & send them to prospects
• Do online research
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week


ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Will pay daily for 1st week, then on a weekly basis after 1st week
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We pay 13th Month Bonus
• We give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• These are the paid holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve (7 Days)
