Administrative Support/Social Media Agent

You will be working for a reputable car dealership and finance company. Your role will require you to complete contracting steps using a software. Our finance company will be financing the sale of a car to a customer. When a customer purchases a vehicle, Contracting specialist will collect necessary documents from customer, verify and make sure each document meets the required criteria, and then based on system approval numbers, Contracting specialist will carefully enter data into a contracting ---------- addition to your contracting responsibilities, you will also be focusing on social media. You will be
responsible for increasing local relevant follower count and mass outreach to relevant potential followers via
comments, likes, and DMs using platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

You will be required to have a high speed internet, dependable computer and ability to remotely connect to our computers in USA when needed. You will be constantly communicating with our dealership employees via Skype.

Requirements:

- Ability to work full time (40 hours)
- Must be available to work from 10 a.m - 7 p.m in U.S.A. central time zone
- Must have high internet speed internet
- Advanced level of written and spoken English
- Previous work experience with a U.S. company is highly preferred
- Prior collections, finance, accounting or related work experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram & Facebook
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
