Front end wordpress designer

We require a front end designer to work for our firm.

Designer must have a history of working with wordpress and wordpress themes.

Designer must have a keen eye and be very experienced in graphic design.

You must possess the ability to create on the fly with only ideas given from our end.

You must be able to setup plugins etc.

It would be preferable for us to hire someone with on page SEO experience and english content writing capabilities but not essential.
