We're a growing business looking for the next addition to the team and to fulfil the position of Customer Support.
This position is primarily focused towards customers service on platforms like Ebay, Amazon and websites. You will be responsible for reviewing customer queries and providing high level responses to assist our customers with their queries. This may involve providing product information, handling complaints or any other query a customer may have with us. The ability to analyse incoming
Additional work will be involved including coordinating with other team members, assisting with projects and general administrative work. The following are requirements for all applicants and are not negotiable:
~ UK business hours: applicants must be able to have a minimum of four hours overlap during every work shift with UK
business hours (9-5pm GMT)
