ROCKSTAR ECOMMERCE/FBA

I am looking for a flexible and competent Ecommerce Manager to handle overall tasks in Amazon and Shopify stores, to help sell more products, reach a lot of customers and achieve sales Upgrade to see actual infopable to work well in a challenging, fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment independently or collaboratively. Needs to have flair for building and maintaining a long-term professional relationship. I am willing to start base pay at 550/Month USD to start and with lots of potential for bonuses and pay raise based of course on work production and upkeep of sales. More sales and more profit, the more money you can make. Knowledge in ads for Facebook, Instagram, etc, etc is a plus and salary is negotiable based on skill and experience.

I NEED SOMEONE TO BE ABLE TO:
- Find highly profitable products to sell using different software and tools
- Optimize listings thru title, description, item specifics, and photos
- Process orders in a quick and accurate manner
- Respond to customer inquiries related to product or delivery questions
- Check and upload tracking information to ensure the delivery timeframe
- Create google sheets to ensure everything is monitored and organized
- Handle returns, refunds or item not received cases
- Remove negative feedback and feedback revision request
- Respond to PayPal cases
- Communicate with the suppliers
- Contact Amazon or Shopify support for any issues within the stores
- Achieve and maintain Top-Rated Seller status

ABOUT ME
I have one Shopify Store starting up and the other is in the works for Amazon FBA. I will need some assistance working on these as I already have my main job taking up the Majority of my time Which is in real estate and accounting.
