Real Estate Virtual Assistant/ Appointment Setter

We are seeking highly motivated, personable, and dependable personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has excellent English speaking skills and has high comfortability cold calling, generating leads, and meeting goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources.
- Respond to inbound leads from all lead sources, which includes internet inquiries, sign inquiries, and more.
- Place outbound calls to convert cold leads into seller appointments.
- Schedule appointments for sellers.
- Conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set.
- Complete web form for appointment setting.
- Other duties as assigned.

What we need:
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Must have a computer, speedy wifi, and a quiet place to work.
- Must be available for work between the hours of 9 am- 6 pm, US Central Time, Monday- Saturday.
