JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing Australian Roofing and Guttering Company looking for an Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO.


MISSION:
• To take this CEO to the next level by freeing up his time with better organisation
• To create a perfect diary management system
• To document all ideas and process improvements to present to the leadership team
• Be a direct support person for our CEO and the leadership team in organising and planning work


TASKS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Liaises with all co-workers on certain issues
• Collects all feedback and notes from 1-1’s and accurately adding it the staff files
• Reads the same books as the CEO is reading to align and discuss process improvement and document
• Organise all meetings with co-workers and colleagues


YOUR KEY SKILLS WILL INCLUDE:
• Extremely organised with diary management
• Highest skill level with Microsoft programs, Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar role
• Experience working with Australian Business
• Degree in Business Management or Marketing
• Excellent in IT and computers
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Able to have fun while working hard

• Fixed weekends off (Monday to Friday 40-hour role)
• No rotating shifts so you don’t have to work the graveyard shift!
