Web Operations Supervisor required

We are a growing company that provides internet marketing solutions and we are searching for an operations supervisor. Your responsibilities include: assigning tasks, supervising the employees on SEO, Web Development, Web Design and Web Content Department. As well as quality control.

You will report to the Operations Manager and work in close contact with the Customer Service Representatives. Experience as a Supervisor is required. You should be capable of creating workflow processes and be comfortable working on Basecamp and other project collaboration platforms.

The ideal candidate would be honest, reliable, responsible and organized. In addition he or she should be able to work under pressure with little or no supervision and solve problems quickly. We expect you to be proactive and admit when you make mistakes or don`t understand something because these are learning opportunities.
