JOB OVERVIEW

BACK-END OPERATIONS: Ensure operational efficiencies of the store to maximize opportunities
• CONTROL OPEX
Set OPEX budgets & plantilla of the store, regularly monitor monthly performance to identify sources of variances & implement efficiency projects of SAVPs
• MANAGE TEAM
Monitor attendance of Department Managers & manage absences by re-assigning tasks; ensure proper maintenance & upgrade of employee facilities
• MAINTAIN RDU & WAREHOUSE
Conduct daily inspections of the RDU & Warehouse to ensure that delivery & storage areas are always organized, secure & properly maintained
• ENSURE SECURITY, REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
Work closely with CRO to secure operations & Building Administration Manager to ensure regular preventive maintenance & speedy repair of facilities/equipment
• COORDINATE WITH MALL STAFF
Liaise with mall operations to get updates on LGU ordinances or other local developments & resolve any operational concerns (aircon, water, billing, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years relevent experience in Sales, Management or Marketing in a senior management capacity
• With outstanding leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
• Able to conceptualize and implement attainable sales and marketing strategies
• With proven track record in sales and customer service
• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
• Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Grand Central
• Full-time positions available
