Virtual Assistant – Cold Calling Associate

Seeking Enthusiastic Person to Cold Call Potential Real Estate Leads. Work Remotely!
• Using an internet phone dialing system, call prospective property sellers to generate leads
• Handle inbound calls from homeowners/agents/investors
• Follow up on previously contacted leads
• Gauge property owner interest selling property, gather basic information on seller/property and set appointments for investors
• Document conversations and provide basic reporting to Manager daily
• 10 hours per week, flexible schedule, more hours as better leads are generated

REQUIREMENTS:
Available Monday-Friday (Saturday 11-3 a plus)
Own a quality computer/laptop and a fast internet connection
Must have great phone personality and communication skills
Quick thinker and problem solver, know how to quickly learn new software
Experience in sales and customer service preferred but not required
