Virtual Assistant For Facebook Ads (Go High Level Experience A Plus)

We are looking for someone that is passionate about growing a marketing agency that helps small businesses grow.

The candidate is excited to be the first hire of a growing company with the potential to take ownership in a massively significant ---------- ’s important to have the ability to hit the ground running with given tasks and due dates. Lastly, the candidate should also make thoughtful decisions when needed, ex: selecting particular images or ad copy based on the situation.

We help those in the health & wellness industry, primarily Chiropractors, grow their business through the use of Facebook Marketing & automation. This proven growth has helped our clients expand their hours, hire a larger team and ultimately fulfill their goals.

The ideal candidate will understand that when first starting, a lot of the tasks will be somewhat simple & repetitive but they will completely learn the business and the goal is to eventually move into a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
> Setup client Ad Accounts in Facebook’s Business Manager
> Create simple images within Canva
> Create Ads in Facebook’s Ads Manager
> Manage and execute tasks in Asana
> Continually monitor and maintain client accounts & relationships.

Skills:
> Proficient with Asana or related Project Management tools.
> Ability to organize and prioritize
> 1+ years Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager
> Excel/Google Sheets and other basic organizational tools.

We have extensive documentation (Standard Operating Procedures) to help with every step of the way. At times you’ll have to make some decisions based on judgement.
