Content Marketing Specialist

FULL-TIME, WORK-FROM-HOME

1. Responsibilities and Duties
The Content Marketing Specialist position is a FULL-TIME, WORK-FROM-HOME position open to contractors/freelancers who want to gain experience in maintaining a corporate website by producing and publishing original or repurposed content. The person will be assigned to daily standard tasks, while also supporting certain ad-hoc tasks. Tasks will be varied depending on the demand but will mostly revolve around the following key areas:

Content Development:
- Repurposing articles (tweaking existing news content into an article): ----------
- Writing resource articles (compiling information from provided sources): ----------
- Ensure articles are SEO formatted correctly (Using Yoast/Rankmath SEO plugin)
- Social Media Management (twitter/linkedin/facebook): Planning, Publishing, commenting
- Wordpress Maintenance: Adding Posts, Editing Content, Uploading images, etc.
- schedule calendar invites in Google Calendar
- schedule weekly newsletter via mailchimp
- remind bosses for meetings or tasks
- Miscellaneous administrative work

Key Result Areas: Quality of Output; On-time Delivery of Output; Daily end-of-day report

2. Requirements / Qualifications
- 1 year work experience; preferably in a writing-related job
- Has experience writing B2B content (i.e. articles, blogs etc)
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented
- Superior English communication skills

Desirable:
- Knowledge of data protection, data privacy or cybersecurity is a BIG plus
- Knowledge in Wordpress
- Knowledge in social media marketing

Technical Requirements:
- Good internet connection; at least 5mbps
- Webcam and mic
- Be active on whatsapp for communication

4. Work Hours and Schedule
40 hours per week; Mondays - Fridays; Singapore Time (Same as Philippines Standard Time)

There will be a first week trial period, if work quality is undesirable, salary will be paid immediately for 1 week equivalent and engagement terminated.

5. Work Duration
Full-time, monthly

6. Rate or Salary Range
20,000 to 25,000 PHP depending on your qualification and experience

7. Payment Method
Direct Bank Transfer

8. Payment Frequency
On every 15th and 30th of the month
