Hello,

We are looking to bring on a project manager to an existing project to administrate and oversee operations. This project is a startup in its preliminary testing phase with some parts still in development.

Why are we bringing on a project manager? Previously, there was no project manager assigned to this project. Due to this project starting off small and short, overtime, it became bigger and longer. Mentioned above, the need for a project manager can be drawn from the business model. Originally, the project’s business model was conventional, as the need for innovation grew the project began to morph into something unconventional. Our model is focussed on creating a highly personalized, exclusive, community for our customers. These are the factors that this industry is driven by. Move detail into the specifics of how we are harnessing these variables to disrupt our niche will be discussed in our meeting.

The mission of 2-ICONIC is focussed on entrepreneurship. Especially, the disruption that iconic individuals bring to industries. 2-ICONIC’s purpose is to create a community that fosters disruption in industries. It is for those that aspire to change the conventional way of doing things by innovating something different and better that disrupts their niche. Individuals that disrupt their industry, later, become iconic for the innovation they created.

We are looking for someone who has an excellent entrepreneurial mindset. With experience managing startups from ideation to turning a profit. Please provide and elaborate on your experience: creating a loyal community, creating exclusivity, brand ---------- n-negotiable Qualification:
- Have done project management for a start-up
- Proficient with Asana

To abbreviate some of the roles and responsibilities we have listed most below:
- Cost estimating and developing the budget
- Controlling time management
- Organizing and motivating a project team
- Activity and resource planning
- Control and oversee communications between team & stakeholders
- Document and systemize communication structure
- Ensure timeliness of project delivery
- Budget estimations and budget tracking
- Oversee existing deadlines, manage, and create new deadlines
- Delegate and assign tasks
- Optimize and make suggestions to plan to save time/money
- Prioritize tasks at hand to hit deadlines and keep the focus on most productive areas (80/20 principle)
- Plan large scopes of work as well as scheduled daily tasks
- Track project performance, specifically in accordance with short-term and long-term goals
- Meeting with team members to assign and oversee tasks/deliverables as well as to create timelines and to plan new scopes of work to create a critical path

Reporting will take place every 3-4 days. The meeting will be scheduled twice a week to discuss project progress, decisions, suggestions, updates, etc. There will be a reporting guide that we will create to cover all bases and prevent miscommunication, this is something we will create together and improve upon over time.

The performance will be measured and evaluated on the success of the project meeting timeline/budget, and if the project is successfully delivered.

Additionally, as you are incorporated into the project we want you to create a guide for operations and how they are coordinated in the business to create structure and efficiency. EX: Communication Structure, Decision Making Structure, Role Structure, Firing Process, Hiring Process (conditions, system, steps), Centralizing Information

Ideally, we would like to make this project long term, and eventually, branch your expertise into other existing and new projects we are developing. This project is our initial evaluation and test to see how we work together and operate. Nevertheless, this position has an immense amount of upscale potential.
