Social Media Manager / General Virtual Assistent

I am looking for a Social Media Manager / General Virtual Assistent to help me in my everyday work as an entrepreneur.

I am looking for somebody to be a proactive member of the team, who has got outstanding communication skills and comes up with ideas, suggestions that will help to improve our processes and results.

What we are looking for:

Technical Requirements:
1. Stable and good internet connection
2. Smartphone with the ability to install apps such as TikTok or Instagram

Other requirements
1. 40 hours a week
2. Available in UK core working hours (9-15)
3. Checking emails and respond to urgent enquiries on the weekends as well
4. General understanding of TikTok, Youtube and Instagram

Specific tasks:

Social Media Management
- Managing multiple social media accounts.
- Youtube, TikTok, etc.
- Community building
- Coordination and execution of marketing measures
- Build relationships with influencers
- etc.

General VA
- Support admin tasks
- Researching topics / Data Entry
- ---------- lection Process

The selection process has several steps in order to find the best suitable person for the role and at the same time to make sure that we will be a good team.
