Attractive compensation plan.
Base pay PLUS monthly commission*.
Average employees will earn 360,000 PHP annually / 30,000 PHP monthly (with base pay only).
However, if you are a superstar online marketer, with base pay PLUS commission, you could be taking home 468,000 PHP in the 1st ---------- om the 2nd year onwards, you could be taking home a minimum of 576,000 PHP and ---------- om 3rd year onwards, you could be taking home 1Mn PHP ---------- capping on commission.

WHO ARE WE?
An ambitious online marketing startup is looking for an expert Facebook Ads Specialist who will take on end to end online marketing responsibilities across various paid platforms such as Facebook, Google, Youtube, Taboola, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
PRIMARY SKILL SET: Facebook Ads Specialist who has experience in running successful affiliate marketing campaigns on Facebook. Should be familiar with the below:
- FB Business Manager
- End-to-end campaign management - From setting up the campaign to campaign optimization (ad copy, targeting, pricing, landing page copy etc), and to finally scaling the campaign.
- Experience with FB Pixels installation and tracking.
- Multiple FB ad accounts management.
- Manage ad funnel from ad copy to affiliate
- Manage and grow relevant Facebook pages
- Assist with all other affiliate marketing efforts that may fall outside the scope of ---------- CONDARY SKILL SET: Strong background in launching, optimizing, and scaling affiliate marketing campaigns for products from various affiliate marketing platforms such as Clickbank, Cjaffiliate, ShareASale, etc.
- Hands-on experience with creating funnels, landing pages, end to end campaign mgmt, paid traffic, etc.

TERTIARY SKILL SET:
Some graphics design & illustration experience will be beneficial.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Atleast a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a business-related field.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in FB ads and account management.
