We are a payroll and employee benefits provider and we are seeking a SuiteCRM and Trello Administrator/developer. This role is responsible for the overall administration and support of our own custom SuiteCRM. The successful candidate is someone who has a solid understanding of how a CRM and Trello should and can be utilized across a high performing organization, and has cyber/data security experience.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate SuiteCRM to our web-based payroll software via API.
- Take ownership of all activities related to the CRM and lead the CRM administration.
- Exhibit a strong functional understanding of areas that impact the CRM and make necessary customizations to the CRM to meet functional needs.
- Perform requirements, develop design specification documents, and perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation, and documentation.
- Solve problems efficiently, quickly resolve bugs, propose and implement appropriate solutions for feature improvements.
- Periodically clean CRM data.
- Customized SuiteCRM in an upgrade safe manner.
- Must be familiar with the development changes of the new SuiteCRM version 8.0

- The applicant should have a logical understanding and expertise of creating data reports.
- Integrate Trello to our payroll software via API.
- Create Trello task templets based on workflow.
- Integrate Trello with Todoist or a similar task management program.
- The ability to integrate SuiteCRM with QuickBooks Desktop, LinkedIn, DocuSign or similar software is a plus.
API documentation for the payroll software is available.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years related experience including utilization of Suite CRM and Sugar CRM.
- PHP, Git (Versioning and maintenance), Javascript, HTML, SuiteCRM -
Logic Hooks, Workflows, Custom Reports, Modules, Overriding/Modifying existing default functionalities, Document the customizations.
