Digital Marketing Manager

I own seven websites and do lead generation. Our company makes it money from lower conversion costs of leads.

I'm looking for a full-time manager to manage all my Facebook campaigns and AdWords campaigns.
I'm looking for someone that can forward thing and manage my ads on a daily basis.
Each week we meet and go over the costs per conversion.
You will be responsible for updating Facebook ads when they start to increase in cost and keep all the Facebook ads fresh on all sites. Adwords you will need to watch ads and campaigns that are causing conversion costs to rise and be able to rectify the issues on the fly.
I'm looking for a long term relationship.

Preference will be given to someone that has worked in Weightloss, Real Estate or Financial Services.
You must be able to work in a team and be forward-thinking to make recommendations on your own.
I'm looking for that person that can tell me what to do. I'm looking for a forward thinker that not afraid of trying new ads, new ideas and make recommendations.

CURRENT SITES:
All my sites have been running between 2 and 5 years with one site new. I spend around $1,000 NZD per day online across all seven websites. And I need someone to manage this spend in line with the budgets and goals set for each account.

SKILLS:
Set up be campaigns, remarketing campaigns, be able to construct ads on Facebook and assess ads that are not converting and report back to me each day on what is working and what's not.

BUDGETS:
You will be given set budgets to work from and will need to follow conversion goals.

OTHER:
I would also consider youtube marketing and Instagram based on your experience.
