I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant for approximately 20 hours/week to help me handle emails and messages, follow up with prospects, scheduling, social media, website, small graphic design, create post contents as well as a range of administrative tasks.

To describe the project in more detail, I would like your help with the following:

Reply to LinkedIn messages and keep track of them.
Reply to emails and follow up with potential clients
Keep Hubspot CRM updated
Supervise and maintain LinkedIn automated campaigns for Lead ---------- tting up of pdfs, landing pages and e-mail automation
Finding relevant podcasts and potential customers along the web
Proofread texts and support me at any level
Other ad hoc tasks

The ideal applicant will have the skills/experience within the areas below:
Proficient at English (spoken & written)
Experienced with customer relationships and sales.
Ideally experienced with LinkedIn, Keynote, Google Docs, and graphic design.
Fast learner
Great organizational skills
Good time management skills

The hiring process will be initial questions (below), a set of a few follow up questions, and then an interview and possibly also a paid test project.
