Customer Service Rep - North American Hours

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate has no problem talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Required:

- Must be willing to work North American hours (EST timezone)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent writing skills for email support
- Sales experience is a plus (not requirement)
- Ideally has a premed, science, or med-school background who understands the MCAT exam and med-school admission process (not required, if willing to learn)

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers and potential customers via email and chat

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms
