Cold Caller for Real Estate Investor

Hi, looking for an experienced outbound cold caller (VA) for Real Estate Investor/wholesaler. Please apply if you're available and have all the following requirements:

- at least 2 years of cold calling experience working for real estate wholesaler

- calling distressed homeowners to determine if interested in selling their house for quick cash, running comps, and setting up appointments

- very fluent in English and comfortable in making cold calls with prospective sellers a number of hours a day using power dialer Mojo

- hard working, honest, result-driven and have can-do attitude

Working hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) USA

Will initially hire part time VA (4 hours day) for $5-$7 per hour (depending on experience) plus $500 bonus per closed deal, then will make the job full time later depending on the performance.
