Digital Marketing Assistant

About The Position

Digital marketing whiz. Strategic thinker. Analytics ninja. iRestore is looking for a multi-faceted Digital Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand through digital marketing and advertising.

This role will play a key part in shaping company processes, building systems as we scale, and getting things done every day. You’ll be responsible for managing large and small projects ranging from complex data reporting to research-driven operations/sales tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role must have a strong bias towards eCommerce and digital marketing but must eagerly immerse themselves in any task that needs to be completed. We are a growing company with a variety of things big and small that need to get done at any given time. This person will become integral to helping us systemize our marketing efforts and focus on the bigger picture.

Had You Been With Us Last Quarter, You Would Have:

>Assisted in scaling our Facebook advertising and shift ad ---------- amid COVID-19
>Pulled and analyzed reports for email and ads
>Performed research into various digital marketing tactics
>Helped with email content load and QA
>Created workflows and documentation to streamline project processes

Preferred Skills & Experience:
>Digital marketing experience including but not limited to: Paid Social, Advertising, Email Marketing, Manychat
eCommerce experience
>Experience or familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, Facebook Business Manager, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Wordpress
>Extensive experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
>A self-starter mentality with the energy, drive, and determination to accomplish the goals of the project through multi-tasking, setting priorities and milestones
>An intimate ability to recommend a system to streamline how we do things to improve efficiency
>The ability to communicate effectively with the executive team in a simple, yet effective manner
>A strong bias towards execution. We don’t babysit here at iRestore and it’s important that you help convey this to the rest of our team
>A desire to get your hands dirty in a small company where your work matters
>Passion for iRestore’s mission to build and market health and beauty brands that transform people’s lives
