Instagram account management and commenting

Hey, we are outsurvive an outdoor/ survival ecom brand. We are looking for people to have Instagram accounts or can make them under our brand name and follow our comment strategy on Instagram to help us get sales.
We expect the VAs to be dedicated, driven, goal orientated and know how Instagram works. We will teach the strategy which you will follow when you join our team and expect to grow with us. As well as this we require your full commitment and spare 6-12 hours per day for this. We will be giving a percentage of each sale you bring in through our strategy, this will ensure you take full interest and work at your best. We can discuss the percentage if you fit the criteria thanks.
