JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a one-time gig and for the right person, this will become a long term employment opportunity.

We're searching for a Digital Marketing Assistant to work and support a small team of cutting-edge Digital Marketing Professionals servicing large clients in North America. If you're looking to further develop your online marketing skills, this is an ideal position for you as you'll be working alongside some of the best digital marketers in the world. You'll be involved with top-performing projects and exposed to a wealth of knowledge and tools that fuel the highest performing marketing campaigns.

The primary function of the Digital Marketing Assistant is to assist with smaller recurring daily tasks and processes related to all service areas - i.e - Social Media Marketing, Content & Video Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Web & Graphic Design etc.

While the ideal candidate is not expected to be an expert in any of the above-listed service areas (video training provided), having prior experience with Social Media, SEO, Web Design, etc, presents a definite advantage over the other candidates with no prior experience.

Having said that, even if you have no prior experience but you're a fast learner, you're motivated, you're able to follow instructions and you have access to high-speed Internet (and a fast computer), you should definitely apply and will be interviewed and carefully considered for the job.

***Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

- Formatting & Optimizing Website Content
- Distributing Content to Social Media
- Distributing Content to Web 2.0 Blogs (WordPress, Tumblr, Medium, Blogger etc)
- Video Optimization & Publishing
- Video Distribution to Social Media, Web 2.0 Blogs & Video Sites
- Conducting & Cataloging Quality Online Research Related to Clients, Tools, Niche Research etc
- Creating Client Workbooks (Spreadsheet of All Client Assets - Website, Social Media etc)
- Conducting Client Audits & Niche and Keyword Research
- Creating Mockups Using Various Mockup Tools (mainly Balsamiq)
- Creating and/or Editing Graphics in Canva, PhotoShop etc
- Any other required activity


***Skills & Attributes

- Fluent English - Speak, Read & Write in English at University Level
- Exceptional Attention to Detail & Ability to Follow Instructions
- Fast Learner, insatiable curiosity and desire for continuous learning
- Highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude; comfortable working with a small team
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Ethical, Reliable, Trustworthy with utmost Confidentiality

***Technical skills

- Extensive knowledge of All Google Marketing Products (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Trends etc)
- Experience with WordPress CMS (Crate Pages & Posts)
- Experience with Marketing Tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Raven Tools, Bright Local, Screaming Frog etc)
- Experience with Video Optimization & Marketing Tools (TubeBuddy, Vid IQ etc)
- Experience with Social Media Marketing Tools (CoSchedule, Hootsuite, Agora Pulse etc)
- Experience with Graphic Design Tools & Adobe PhotoShop
- Thorough Understanding of Task/Project Management Tools & Methodologies

***Special Requirements Specific to Job:

- Must Speak, Read & Write English Exceptionally Well
- Must Have Access to High Speed Internet Connection
- Must Have Access to a Reliable & Fast Computer
- Must Be Able to Work in EDT Tome Zone (12pm to 9pm)
- Must Be Comfortable with Remote Work Monitoring via HubStaff
