Powermta Frontend Injector

We are looking for a custom PowerMTA front End Injector that can do the following,

-List Management & Import/Export via CSV
-Send Plain Text or HTML Campaigns
-Ability to pause campaigns and delete or re-start
-Schedule a Campaign
-Track Openers & Clickers
-Multithread
-Domain Management
-Daily Bounce processing
-Easy Configuration of (SPF, DKIM, FBL & MX records)
-From ID & Signature Rotation
-Subject Line Rotation
-Ip Rotation
-Domain Rotation
-Suppression List Management
-Spinning [Content Rotation[Body,Subject,Signature]


Ability to change and configure the following,

- Number of simultaneous connections
- Number of messages per connection
- Number of delivery attempts per hour (throttling)
- Retry period and bounce period

We don't want to use a 3rd party software like Interspire or any of that sort.
