Virtual assistant for my real estate business

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with the following:

- manage my property listings on different online platform as well as the social media presence,
- send and reply to messages
- manage viewing appointments
- organize marketing campaign
- have some sort of experience in real estate management (optional)
- have experience in writing: books, blog, training manual or various articles (optional)
- have experience in graphic design and webpage management (optional)
- knowledge or understanding of social media ads and Clickfunnels (optional)
- knowledge of airbnb, ---------- , or any other short-let management platform (optional)
