Professional Services Consultant

*** Hours: Manila 10pm-7am or 6pm-3am M-F hours ***

We're committed to helping healthcare agencies succeed with online training and education; as a successful Professional Services Consultant you will be responsible for engaging our current customers through the business cycle in a way that excites them and brings them value as well as demonstrating to potential customers why they should be using our product. This includes discovering motivation for why a customer needs our service and how it can benefit them, supporting multiple customers at any given time through AMAZING pipeline and time management skills, and providing top-notch consultative usage, adoption, and training strategies for our customers.

The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for effectively coaching customers to build their proficiency in our service products, therefore empowering them to be successful
in the software for years to come. This role is the linchpin between the lead sales and technical support/system administrator roles.

Oh, and by the way, all of this happens over the phone, email and webinars while you're working from your home.

Responsibilities Include:

- Helping customers recognize solution and product value within 30 days and communicate a 90-day adoption plan
- Conducting in-depth needs analysis through listening, explaining, and recommending strategies and best practices
- Creating product fanatics who will promote and refer Continua Solutions to their friends, colleagues, and industry peers
- Pursuing professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries Continua serves, as well as the products and services Continua provides
- Updating, on a timely basis, Continua's CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
- Initiate first contact, track and nurture inbound leads
- Maintaining CRM records
- Obtaining, reviewing, and applying Continua's Customer Implementation Methodology
- Updating and maintaining customer implementations with project management software
- Working constructively with sales team and technical support team
- Contributing to a team selling environment
- Working to improve our customer experience
- Having fun!!!

Minimum Qualifications (you must meet these requirements):

- Bachelor's degree, successfully owned and operated a small business, or 3+ years in a consultative, sales, account executive, project manager, or marketing manager role.
- 10 out of 10 English oral and written communication skills (You must be fluent in English for this role and have deep experience writing and speaking English. Please do not apply if you are not)
- Working knowledge of CRM, online marketing, lead generation and pipeline management. Other software experience will suffice. But some deep software experience will be very helpful for this role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to customers
- The desire to be intellectually challenged and have a positive impact on the world
- A solid work ethic with concrete evidence to back it up
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, flexible attitude in a very fast-paced environment
- Proven follow-up, follow-through, and communication skills
- Some sales and/or persuasion skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven individual

Ideal Qualifications (not necessary but great to have!):

- 2+ years of work experience in one of the following fields: B2B telesales, advertising/marketing, consulting, account management, service implementation
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- In-depth marketing background, especially social-media and online marketing
- Working knowledge of the Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience in USA healthcare market

Hardware and Home Office Requirements (required):

- Quiet place to work that is distraction free during your shift
- A nice and newer laptop or desktop computer
- DSL internet that is at least 3mb from SKY, PDLT or Globe. We offer a monthly internet stipend and will cover the cost but you must be able to acquire this. No USB sticks or SKY service please
- A good quality headset for speaking on the phone and during webinars
