Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Outbound call and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Delivered prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product
Describe products and services
Respond to questions
Identify and overcome objections
Take the customer through the sales process

Qualifications
A graduate of any 4-year course or has completed 2 years in college
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 6 months BPO experience
Preferred applicants with sales experience
Ability to multi-task
Willing to work on holidays
Must be willing to work in Cebu City
