HIRING: ADMIN VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable VA with no prior commitments, someone who is focused, versatile, self-managed, and ---------- sire to be the best in the role is key. The right person is committed to our clients and our team members. This is the key to the success of our organization.

Requirements:

- Extreme attention to detail and resourcefulness: We cannot reiterate this enough - we live by the process. Everything is being done ‘by the process’. We have a strict system and detailed processes that need to be followed, we need someone who can read through the lines carefully, be able to think analytically and do fact-finding research on their own.

- Self-managed and takes initiative: Be able to jump on tasks independently and do them efficiently - the goal is having to touch a task once and checked once.

- Creative: Comfortable in writing content, and knowledgeable with SEO practices.

- Cautious and attentive: Each task should be done with thought and with full attention.

- Tech-savvy: Be able to manage and navigate through different systems, social media platforms, cloud-based productivity tools with ease.

- Communicative and time-efficient.

- Marketing knowledge is a must (terminologies, etc.)

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Administrative tasks: Data entry, oversee all aspects of buyers and sellers transaction from listing to closing, must be able to follow and create detailed processes.

- Social media management

- Content creation: Basic photo editing, creating presentations, basic video editing, writing content for social media, blogs, and descriptive writing for listings with SEO practices.

Tools we use but not limited to:

- Trello
- Google Suite: Hangouts, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Maps, etc.
- Canva, Photoshop, Microsoft Powerpoint, and other similar platforms
- Social Media: Business Manager, Creator Studio, Marketplace, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn
- Sierra
- Skyslope
- Homelight
- Zillow
- Craigslist
- MLS

Experience with these tools is not a requirement but a plus.
